This AP Urgent Care in Monterey Park is the best patience care facility who gave me quick and prompt medical care by Dr Jamie Phan. She is gold standard in medical care better than my own family doctor. She knows how to diagnose my problems and symptoms and provided proper care to treat my illnesses of tension headaches and rectal blessings due to constipation. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who had medical emergencies!!! Dr Phan is very knowledgeable and diligent in her field and line of works. She helped solved my problem in one visit.

This is the first time I came to this urgent care. five stars worth it!
Cuz I suffered the serious dizziness stayed in bed for couple days. after waited about one hour here , a young women doctor came in. she checked my electrocardiogram, blood pressure, blood sugar , urine and other physical inspection and told me is just common vertigo. she gave me 2 pills medicine at site and I felt better right away!
it's the 3rd day after I took the prescription medicine , I can come to work now.
better and faster than My family doctor. recommend here!

I don't know why there are all these negative reviews. I found that this urgent care facility is better than a lot of other places that I've been to. It's a very clean and tidy place inside a new building. The staff, Leo, Jenny, and Dr. Ng, are all very friendly, attentive, respectful, and professional. They treated all the patients with kindness and compassion during their time of need. I feel that the people here are what health CARE is supposed to be "CARE"! I have been to enough urgent care in the past few years. This place is highly recommended. My wait here is not that long. It's about 45 minutes. I was in and out quickly and got my medications at my local pharmacy within 15 minutes. Thank you, Leo, Jenny, and Dr. Ng, for taking good care of me on time for my needs.

They take walk-ins, and no appointment is needed. They are open 7 days a week. X-ray is for Monday-Satureday only they will send you down the street to the Diagnostic Medical Group. I think the line is usually super long at the Diagnostic Medical Group.

Urgent care connect with Allied Pacific. I take my parents here when needed and staff is always great. Maggie has helped us while being friendly and professional. Recommended if your insurance is covered here.

My parents and I went to AP Urgent Care a lot of times. The service was great not considering the wait time but still their employees are nice. Like today, my mom has a lower foot problem but the Physican-Christie and the medical assistant- Maggie Ng found the best solution . They're patience and explained everything to my mom very detail. Especially Maggie, she helped my mom to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I appericated her.

Receptionist is friendly. Dr Flora is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I came here at 1015am and I head out at 11:03pm. It is so great that wait time is less an hour!
