Worthless program with no communication. They have very few job openings outside of the IBM Z Mainframe track and not much even there. The coursework is just basic coding courses on Pluralsight and frankly, you can learn more just self studying on YouTube. If I were to speculate, Franklin is nothing but a scheme to siphon grant money from the federal government. If technology is your focus, go get a degree or try another apprenticeship company like Multiverse or Revature. Those companies aren’t great either, but at least they have real, concrete job postings that you could potentially get.

The company is disorganized and has poor leadership but the mission is admiral.

I wouldn't recommend working for the company specifically but working with the company has it's benefits.

The apprenticeship programs really do help some people, especially if you're interested in or willing to work with the IBM Mainframe.

Their coaching program is untraditional but most of the coaches are really nice people.

Franklin Apprenticeship is an excellent program I would recommend it to any inspiring individual. It is a difficult program but it can be completed. I did it and so can you.

Do not take this program. They are very disorganized and misleading with what they offer. They are not a physical company they are remote (so I have been told). I applied o. Indeed it was advertised as a paid apprenticeship, did the assessment, sent them sensitive documents and I have never spoken to someone over the phone , nobody answers even if you call . I feel it’s a SCAM to get people personal info.

Garbage company, run the other way. They have horrible communication, no people that care about you learning your job, and will not stop harassing you about doing their useless courses even though they're not paying you and are actually getting paid by the company you work for just to annoy you.
