The doctor herself is amazing but the staff working for her are garbage especially the woman at the front desk. I'm honestly not sure why they even have a job there. I have been taking my children there for 11 years and the woman at the front desk now are horrible. They are careless and never have answers for anything also rude. I hope they find new careers so I can continue bringing my children but honestly I'm probably gonna switch my children over to a different office at this point.

There is never a time they aren't slow. I mean 2 or 3 hours for every appointment. Sometimes I would understand, but everytime is just ridiculous.

I haven’t been at this office, so I can’t tell if they’re 5 stars but for the purpose of reaching out to those with bad experience the following It’s more of a question, for those with bad experience have you found a better place? Looking for a pediatrician and all in this area have pretty bad reviews. Any suggestions?

Tired of coming here and always people who get here way after us are seen before us. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Nurses as well. Dr seems nice but overbooked. Never can get me in same day even if an emergency. And if you have paperwork that needs faxed forget it. They take way too long to do anything necessary for a special needs child.

They're extremely slow, so be prepared to wait for over 1 hour at least. Staff is rude and no matter if you were there on time for your appt, they will still go by order of appts time, so people that got there late but their appt was scheduled before yours, will still be called before you. This is the second time I've waited with my daughter for almost 2 hours just to be seen for a regular physical exam. On top of it, and as many others have stated on their reviews the place is dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Unless you feel like spending 2 or more hours here go someplace else. It is ALWAYS that way. I made afternoon an appointment for my child today and the person on the talking phone said it was busy around that time but if we arrived at 2:45p we should be ok. After that call I immediately called back to cancel the appointment to go somewhere else if it was that busy and that person talked circles around me and wouldn't cancel it. We get to the office and check in at 2:40p, at 3:15pm we were still waiting. Go in to see how much longer only to be told they still have no rooms open. Told that girl she should have cancelled my appointment when I tried the first time. We went to another provider and we were in and out in an hour.

Was treated like a 2nd class citizen. Staff was rough and stonefaced with my child. Staff was incredibly rude. Was only patient there waited in lobby for over 45 minutes. Rooms were very dirty. Fluids on the ground, not sure what it was. Trash all over lobby. Terrible experience I left before they could treat my child in fear of a purposeful mistake.
