I’m not sure who decided this but the new journeyman tickets are a joke. They look awful and are embarrassing to display. The old tickets were perfect I’m not sure who decided to change these but whoever did should be fired

Does anyone actually work in this office anymore Honestly, how sad is it that we can't even talk to a real person these days. I've called SEVERAL times over the past few months, and NOT ONCE have I been able to reach anyone! I've waited on hold, left my call back number ect, and have never received a call back. Pretty disappointing when apprentices can't speak to their reps when they have questions that need to be answered. I'm working on my second trade, 10 years ago this wasn't a problem. I'm sure you'll find many apprentices drop the program because their is absolutely ZERO support. What a joke this board has become.

I am an immigrant. When I first started looking into certification courses to start working, I faced many difficulties due to a lack of information. The certification exam process was challenging and not easy. During this time, "Susanne" she provided me with a lot of help and guidance. She kindly and sincerely answered even my smallest questions. If anyone needs help, I hope visit AIT office to get information. they kindly explains everything via email or phone, so I strongly recommend reaching out to AIT.

The new location is in the Center of Applied technology in nait located on the fourth floor. There is street parking for 1 hour that is free but it is very limited. Other than that there is busing and train. This is where you can also take exams. The ladies were very friendly and more than willing to help out.

They never answer the phone unless you call them 15 times in a row. Call backs hardly ever happen when you select that option. They make everything way harder than it has to be

Absolute joke of a service. None of the options work on the automated system. When you finally do get through to a person they don't actually have any information ...

Waste of time. Just use the website

Called at 8:55 am, message says they are open at 8:15am, the automated service says "office is currently closed", very poor organization to deal with
