All Phase

All Phase was responsive and timely. Over a weekend we had water damage and the next business day All Phase was on site mitigating the damage. They followed up daily and answered questions on time, repair, and more each visit. They entered to check on their mitigation daily and resolved the issue with our satisfaction. I saw Juan and Sean often as the reps who entered my home and Milo who kept us updated. Each of them were experts id recommend. The team was able to remove cabinets safely from our walls with no noticeable damage all in a single day. The damaged dried quickly once the wall was exposed and AP removed their equipment that same day.

AP came out and “cleaned/scrubbed the air” this was after positive/elevated mold test. They did not look for the source of the mold just figured they’d clean the air. I was told the work was guaranteed and they’d come back out and test and that was never done. Me and kiddos are suffering the effects of the mold they didn’t look for. The mold is in the basement (as I discussed with Milo) the paper and most likely wood where the insulation is, is covered in mold. Now I’m fightingu my complex with taking care of this issue because Milo assured them that once the air was cleaned mold would not come back. If the environment inside and downstairs in the basement were to be tested now, it would come back elevated . Mind you the basement was never tested at all even after Many attempts to explain it was coming from previous leaks before I lived here. Even worse, I came home to notice that the tape they used ripped paint off everywhere they used the tape on the walls and ceiling. Thankfully, I took pictures and my complex painted before I moved in. Posting a picture of the van so my review will not be removed. + I did not state the pictures were mold, I stated the tape the workers used ripped the paint off the walls. Posting here so there is proof of the damage done by your workers to the paint! * your company did not remove visible mold, you cleaned air, your words were you used an air scrubber. There was no removal of visible mold. The area tested for elevated mold and you did not remove visible mold. Clearly spoken! It is a fair review! Thumbs up for those seeing the pictures with active mold.

Extremely professional and detailed oriented crew. They got in and got the job done. They asked pertinent questions along the way and even told me when they were taking a quick break for lunch. We appreciate the opportunity to express our gratitude for the personal care and attention to detail that Paul Lester provided for the beginning , middle and completion of our huge project at our home due to an accidental water leak in our kitchen for 3 days while we were out of state. The leak spewed water into the kitchen and down to the basement where the walls, ceiling and floors were all completely ruined. It took longer to complete than usual because we insisted on a particular carpet that was the same quality we had before and it was delayed.
