My husband and I took Amy’s pasta making class on our honeymoon trip and it was amazing!! Amy is the best. The time flew by as we all chatted laughed and got to know each other. She seamlessly provided instruction on making different pasta and desserts. Then we got to enjoy the incredible meal in her beautiful dining room. The dessert was so easy to make and was the best dessert we’ve tasted so far in Italy! Will definitely be making it at home. It was seriously such a lovely experience and Amy will always have a place in our hearts! Definitely do this class so worth it!

Amy is a ROCK STAR, we had so much fun learning how to make homemade pasta with her! My sister-in-law learned about Amy through some co workers, I of course was a little skeptical about going to a strangers house, to learn to cook. How I was wrong, the entire family, including our two teenage daughters loved it! I highly recommend this experience, it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Such a wonderful experience!
Amy is not only a good cook/cooking instructor, but also a generous host and a wonderful conversationalist.
Amy hosted us (five people) and two other guests in her gorgeous apartment. We learned, cooked, and dined.
Can't recommend this experience enough.

We did a cooking class with Amy in August 2024 and highly recommend! She was an enthusiastic conversationalist/host and focused on the look and feel while cooking rather than item by item following a recipe. Everyone in the class got to participate in each step of the cooking as well. We had a small class size and a great experience. I will definitely be making the panna cotta and gnocchi again!

If you have some time to take a cooking class whilst you’re in the area, I highly recommend that you try this. Amy is very personable and a good teacher. We had a lot of fun learning how to make ravioli and gnocchi in her kitchen, and finding out more about local life. After the cooking lesson, we had a delicious lunch eating what we had made together. The lesson, ingredients, lunch, wine and refreshments are all included in the price.
