Staff was extremely rude. They automatically assume a check/bank they’ve never seen before is fraud. They refused to cash a 401k check because it was from “out of state”. They said it would take 5 minutes to verify with back office so I agreed but she never even checked. Seems they’re only helpful to people sending money or cashing regular customers checks. I wouldn’t go if you don’t speak Spanish and you have a check that they MIGHT NOT recognize

Refused to cash a cashiers check in my name, with my ID and bank willing to verify it because I signed it prior to coming in. Very rude and not understanding. I opened a new bank account just so I never have to deal with them again. Do not recommend wasting your money with them.

My first time using this service and I HIGHLY recommend. Ariel is professional, and takes his time to help you understand your finances better. When I called about a question, he got back to me immediately. Trustworthy and honest, will continue utilizing their services!

I’ve cashed my checks here for about a year now. Just did my taxes with them overall great experience ariel was extremely knowledgeable he broke things down for me in a way i could understand be more involved in the tax world and take control of what is going on with my taxes how to manage them better...etc, where as i would just sit there and get my taxes done in the past. definitely appreciate the patience and the over helpful experience i had there thanks guys

Said they close at 7pm, I arrived before 7pm & the lady was sitting at the desk on her phone with the door locked & waved me away. Not satisfied at all i’ll take my business elsewhere.
