Hmm skeptical on the reviews . Sorry that some of you are going through what your experiencing . However , I spoke to Eli last week and the night before we spoke briefly about me coming in the next day to purchase. He knew my situation of experiencing a 5 alarm fire and my building was inhabitable . Leaving most furniture behind to start fresh in my new place , I chose this company . I literally spoke to Eli in person around 4 pm and made a deal on a queen bedroom set , 2 twin beds , and all came with new mattresses and 1 box spring for my set as the others were “no box spring required”. I left the store around 4:30pm and my delivery was at my house within 3 hours . Everything was there ! His men set up every room and put the furniture together within 30 minutes . Very mind blowing and no issues so far - Great job

UPDATE: They did it again .ordered a couch November . Fast process and on time delivery.

Horrible service, they broke a ceiling fan at my house, I spoke with the manager, he told me to send the pictures, I did everything he told me to do, I also went to the store, but the guy always has an excuse, that happened on June 2023 and they haven't fix it yet, I definitely don't recommend this store at all.

A friend recommended this furniture store but I was skeptic because of the reviews and the delivery issues she had. However I must say,I went in met with Jose who is extremely good at what he does and made me feel comfortable spending my hard earned money. He did his thing and delivery was on time and the men that came were also very prompt and detailed orientated.
My overall experience was awsome and I recommend 10/10 customer service and delivery from start to end. I love with my King size 7 piece bedroom set.

Eli is A M A Z I N G ! He is a VERY GOOD salesman! He knows his customers & he was always honest with me. He works with you!! I would definitely recommend this furniture store! The whole staff is also tremendous! They’re all kind & patient people.

They over charged me for a chest, dresser, and one night stand. I didn’t know until now. I seen the exact set with a bed and mirror for less then half of what they charged ,maybe because Im a female.

I do not recommend. Nathan and Eli are terrible salesman! TERRIBLE! Day 73 and we only got part of our order. I recommend Nathan and Eli be behind the scenes and stay away from the sales part of the business. Lack of communication and very poor professionalism. They only reply back fast when we get higher authority involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You have to be sure of what you are going to buy because when you pay and maybe you don't like the furniture, they don't give you the money back, they deceive you by telling you that they will give it to you and they never do, the owner's son is a liar, you He serves very well but he sells with lies, I would never buy from that store again.

El hijo del dueño me vendió un mueble del cual me pareció muy bonito pero cuando llevaron este mueble a mi casa no cumplió mis expectativas y pedí el favor que me lo cambiaran por otro, tuve que esperar varios días para que lo cambiaran pero eso nunca sucedió por lo tanto pedí el reembolso de mi dinero a la tarjeta y supuestamente el hijo del dueño que sellama ELI hizo el reembolso pero no fue así Nunca lo hizo, es por eso que digo y recalcó que este joven es un mentiroso y le gusta vacilar a los clientes, jamás volvería a comprar en esa tienda por la falta de verdad y sinceridad.
