Terren and the entire team at AP House Los Angeles have been incredible. The penthouse is a design nirvana, such a chill and inviting space in the city. I’ve purchased two pieces from them and can’t say enough good things about the experience. If you’re a fan of Audemars Piguet and in the city, definitely make an appointment and see for yourself. 10/10

I have had the pleasure of working with Ebony for over 8 years now, first on Rodeo and now at the AP House on Sunset. I am a huge watch enthusiast, and have been into countless watch boutiques both in places that I’ve lived and when traveling (domestically and abroad), and I can say without a doubt that Ebony is second to none. Every time I pass by, I am treated with respect, integrity, and like a friend. I also often bring my family, and Ebony is always welcoming with open arms, as is the rest of the staff, who are genuinely excited to see us (especially my young children which are often causing a ruckus). This kind of treatment is a reminder that AP is still in fact a relatively small company, with great culture of putting people first and offering intimate experiences.

I am very fortunate to have met Ebony and to be able to work with the AP House on my watch collecting journey. Being treated well in the watch world, especially after the madness of the last few years, isn’t something to take for granted. My wife and I have been horology enthusiasts for over two decades, and we've had the pleasure of experiencing many luxury watch brands and boutiques around the world. However, working with Ebony at Audemars Piguet has been truly exceptional, standing out as one of the top experiences we've ever had.

We first met Ebony in 2020, walking into the Beverly Hills boutique without an appointment. From the moment we were greeted, we felt a connection. Ebony’s warmth, positive energy, and passion for the brand were apparent from the start. She took the time to sit with us, discuss the latest movements, and share her experiences visiting the original AP location in Le Brassus, Switzerland. That visit left us excited not just about the brand, but also about the relationship we were beginning to build with Ebony.

One of the most memorable moments was when we picked up our first Audemars Piguet piece. With small children in tow, we were concerned about the experience, but Ebony didn’t skip a beat. She made our kids feel welcome and comfortable, while still delivering a magical experience for my wife and me. It’s moments like these that truly set her apart.

Ebony’s attentiveness is unmatched. While we may forget pieces from our wish list, she never does. Just recently, she reminded me of a piece I had mentioned over a year ago, down to the date we discussed it. My wife and I always feel seen, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Her dedication and knowledge have deepened our connection to Audemars Piguet. After a few years of working with her, we took her advice and visited Le Brassus, stayed at Hotel Des Horlogers, and completed the master class on Royal Oak assembly and finishing. It was an unforgettable trip, and one we likely wouldn’t have taken without her guidance.

Her communication style is warm, celebratory, and highly attentive. Every visit to AP House feels personal and meaningful. Through Ebony, we've also been introduced to other members of the AP team, like watchmaker Rap who always takes the time explain the intricacies of each piece. These connections have really enriched our appreciation for the brand’s history and future.

In a world where luxury experiences can sometimes feel transactional, Ebony has made every interaction special, ensuring that our journey with Audemars Piguet is always one to remember. Thank you Ebony, Audemars Piguet and AP House for providing a consistent incredible experience with every visit.

My relationship with Audemars Piguet began nearly 10 years ago when I acquired my first timepiece from the Westime boutique on Rodeo Drive. Over time, I continued to add to my collection with pieces from Westime and other authorized dealers in Las Vegas. I was eager to continue building my relationship with the brand, but as the years went on, circumstances seemed to work against me. By the end of 2019, watch prices skyrocketed, demand surged, and availability became increasingly limited. The authorized dealers, unfortunately, were less forthcoming in offering support. I truly believed that my connection with the brand had come to an end, and I felt it was impossible to ever acquire another piece.

Then, in 2024, I had the fortune of bringing one of my timepieces to the AP House for service. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warmth and welcome from Zoe and Christen, who promptly assisted me with the service. But it was when I had the chance to meet Alis that things took a wonderful turn. I shared my journey and frustrations with her, and our conversation was truly a breath of fresh air. Surrounded by the stunning environment at the AP House, I felt a sense of comfort I hadn’t felt in years. Alis exuded professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm for the brand, which instantly reignited that special connection I had lost when the brand was still largely handled by independent dealers.

Not only did Alis make me feel heard and understood, but she also took the time to discuss potential pieces I might be interested in and try on pieces. What struck me most was that she remembered that my birthday was approaching, and when I returned to pick up my serviced piece, I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had secured the Offshore we had talked about months earlier.

Alis is the reason I’m excited to restart my journey with Audemars Piguet. Her dedication and care made all the difference.  Thank you, Alis, and to the entire AP House family, for making this experience so memorable and for reminding me of what makes Audemars Piguet truly exceptional.

My recent experience with Audemars Piguet has been exceptional, thanks to Aspen Agnew and the team at AP House Los Angeles. I purchased the Royal Oak Offshore - 26238ST.OO.2000ST.01, and the entire process was seamless. Aspen was fantastic—always available and went above and beyond by demonstrating the watch’s features via video call. The customer service was top-notch, and shipping was both quick and secure.

Aspen also added some thoughtful touches, like a complimentary travel pouch and an AP Coin, making the experience even more memorable. I’m excited to continue building my collection with Aspen, particularly from the Royal Oak line, and I highly recommend Audemars Piguet to friends and colleagues.

I am utterly shocked and appalled by the reviews given to Ebony Cole by a handful of entitled, small minded and rude people in the Google review section of the AP House Los Angeles.
Ebony is a class act. A kind, smart, funny and genuinely caring senior sales person at AP. She is the definition of what becoming part of the AP family is about.
I have known Ebony for 4 years and she is the epitome of a professional brand ambassador.
Why would she be chosen to personally hand Kevin Hart a collectible piece for his birthday if the company did not feel she is the perfect representation of the brand.
Skip the trolls’ comments and trust me when I say, I could not have been luckier when I started my journey with AP. She is a gem.

I met Ebony Cole back in June 2023 when she was still at the Beverly Hills location where we had discussed about my "wishlist" and we talked about how there would be a good possibility of acquiring something before the end of the summer or latest end of year. Fast forward to now, Sept 2024, I never once heard back from Ebony about anything. I even tried contacting her and no response back. I decided to come on here in the review section to see if anyone else was experiencing similar treatment and it appears Arya has experienced the same treatment.

I would've appreciated if she had followed up or at least replied to my messages acknowledging receipt.

I followed Ebony from the Beverly Hills boutique to the new AP House, and what an incredible atmosphere and experience. The AP House does not feel like a retail store at all. Beautifully designed, incredible ambiance, and the perfect balance of AP's ethos and LA's refinement.

From the watch room, to the bar, to the balcony, to the workshop, and, most importantly, to the people that work here, the AP House encompasses all things luxury and welcoming, while still offering a personalized, boutique service.

AP is miles ahead of the competition. I have nothing but love and appreciation for their hospitality. The whole experience from booking an appointment to organizing parking to escorting me to the penthouse was superb. And to top it all off with a fantastic time-piece, while enjoying the LA sun with a drink of my choice, has left me speechless. Thank you Ebony for taking me on this journey. I couldn't have asked for a better guide in all things AP!
