Worst place to go unless all you care about is having your parts be the color of chrome. Peter, the owner, ruined my Mark V parts that are no longer reproduced. They must have a blind gorilla in the back just going crazy with parts on the belt sander. And their polisher must be non existent because none of the pieces were polished. They ground off all the detail on the taillight bezels and the chrome on all parts has scratches deep enough to catch your finger nail. There’s copper showing on every inside corner even after he bragged about his chrome never having any yellow showing. When I confronted him about it and told him I wasn’t going to pay him for the nasty work on all my parts, he gave his guys a quick signal and they already knew what to do. It’s like having mad customers is a normal occurrence to them. Be careful. Not even his own club members use this clown for chrome. This place is a SCAM!!!

Well our experience was very different from these other posts. AP Show Chrome gave us nothing but anxiety and a headache. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The quality was not good either. We waited for far too long to receive our parts even when driving 3 hours to pick up the parts, there were still items that were not finished. They said they would ship the items time after time and we never received them. Then FINALLY after 4 months my last part came in the mail and it was DAMAGED. My beautiful, rare '64 impala he treated like a joke. Never will I ever recommend this place to my car friends. Our classic cars are too precious to deal with this type of company.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible quality of work and even worse customer service. When I first received the parts, a couple weeks past schedule, the chrome was peeling, pitted, and certain areas didnt even have chrome. After expressing my concerns about the problems with the parts, I was given a sob story about personal family issues and convinced to return them so they could be fixed. Another couple weeks later and past schedule, I received similar quality parts. Very rough surface, covered with imperfections and the parts will need to be replaced due to grinding marks and pitting on what was supposed to be a smooth bearing surface. Definitely not what I would call "triple dipped show chrome".

Left a deposit back in May 2020 for some molded chrome A Arms. Was suppose to have my items ready in approximately 6 weeks. It's now March 3 2021 still failed to deliver. Still getting the run and avoiding the refund of my deposit. It's unfortunate these type of places exist.

Other note worthy items. AP Show Chrome is the same as Anaheim Plating. You will notice the same type of reviews also referencing Peter Tapia.

Recent update as of March 10, 2021 I was finally able to recover my deposit from A/P. Took my buisness to Speedy Metal Finishing in Long Beach great pricing and fast turn around.

Worst experience and even worse costumer service. Will never recommend this place.if you need your chrome done take it elsewhere you won't get back your original parts and you'll be given nothing but sob stories and excuses.
