Had no issues getting my Blue Book signed. Was even made aware from the lady at the desk to apply for my incentive grant before it ended. That was great of her or I wouldn’t have even remembered.
Thank you.

My questions were answered.
Better to come here in person than phone call.

Every single time I have called this company regardless of what time it is in the day their auto voicemail says “we won’t be able to get to your call today. Please call again another day” and then the phone hangs up. I need someone to answer the phone so I can speak to you, please

Just another government agency justifying their pay cheques. They are not concerned about the success of the apprentice but to make money. I have been told a few times to put more effort in when my issue it's not effort it is affordability and have the time to succeed. As a 40+ year old material does not sink in as quick as it uses to. I also was very sick for about a week in school and there are no extention or other wise help, just the expectation to catch up or do it again. Do it again, we'll that costs a lot of money, and lost wages. Like I said just AIT is not interested in the trades it's just another business screwing people to make a dollar.

Who has the time to wait an hour on the phone? It's a waste of people's time

AIT is a complete Gong Show - they billed me for an annual without my knowledge. You can't email them bc they supply no email. Phone them and get a long winded recording, finally press #5 to be told they're very busy and to try next day. Keep trying and you might get through with a 1 hour wait. SAIT & NAIT will give similar 'apprentiship' experiences. And so will employers. Good LUCK, Alberta / Canada!

When you call them, almost every time it'll say, "wait time is approximately 10 min." Then you wait for 45 min. When they offer the system to "save your place in line and call you back" they never call you back... Frustrating as hell when trying to schedule a provincial exam.

I am a tradesman and yesterday was trying to indenture a new apprentice. Something was wrong with my online account . Kept explaining the problem to the girl on the phone and she just kept repeating the problem back to me. Eventually I said she is absolutely useless and I needed to speak to her manager or something. When I did he and I got it fixed. These Filip*nos with an attitude are really starting to bother me.
