I had a brilliant experience with Phil Cusack from Apprenticeship Connect as an interview. He gave me feedback on my answers which i applied to interviews after this which landed me a new job. He was very professional, brilliant communication from start to finish and was extremely patient with me. I would absolutely recommend!

Apprenticeship connect have been really good in supporting me with finding a new apprenticeship. I’m not sure how anyone could have had a negative experience with them. Phil Cusak has been a great help and has always provided me with good advice and has answered all my enquires, giving me daily updates and I have already recommended this training provider to my friends.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with apprenticeship Connect, but more specifically Phil from their Birmingham Branch. They offer a strong service where they provide lots of information about your potential apprenticeship with a friendly service. And I would recommend anyone to contact them if they're looking to start a career in any of the fields which they cover.

Apprenticeship Connect were great and Phil Cusack listened to my brief, sent candidates that were relevant and more importantly apprentices that actually want a job and want to learn within that job. I would definitely recommend Phil and the Team for my next apprentice.

I wouldn't advise going with this company at all, everything was great for a couple of months or so I was getting several interviews both in person and over the phone and my representative Phil Cusack was friendly, funny, professional and appeared to be working hard to find an apprenticeship that was right for me!

I found an apprenticeship that I really liked involving HR for a company in West Brom and had two interviews for the position. They were extremely keen to take me on board and said they'd contact Phil as everything was going through him in regards to working out my pay and the actual training as well as me being on holiday the week after.

I get back from my holiday and try to call Phil to ask him about the apprenticeship (no answer), so I email him and get no reply. I thought perhaps he was on holiday or off work so I left it a couple of days and tried again (no answer) this happens week after week after week, I try calling the alternative numbers and nobody answers and I try different emails and get no response.

Finally after nearly six weeks I somehow manage to get in contact with a woman from London called Ami, she is apparently a representative of the company and is extremely disrespectful towards me and my concerns basically telling me the apprenticeship opportunity had gone, I shouldn't have gone on holiday (even though both Phil and the company knew and were completely fine with it as it was months in the making), Phil had vanished off the face of the Earth and was no longer with the company and all the work and time I'd put in with him trying to find an apprenticeship was for nothing and that other people were in the same boat.

I tried to carry on with the disrespectful and condescending Ami as my representative as I was desperate to find something right for me now that the HR opportunity was gone, she'd frequently ignore my calls and my emails and wouldn't allow me to come to their offices in Snow Hill to meet someone and discuss what was happening, until I eventually got an interview for an administration apprenticeship at Clearabee.

I went for the interview and was told that I was an excellent fit and that Ami would contact me the next day, days go by without Ami getting in contact with me and with me trying to call and email her to find out what was going on. Ami finally answers and tells me that I didn't get the position because as I came into Clearabee I was recognised by one of their employees as he was someone from my school, we both said hello and I asked where the seating area was as it was a little unclear, he showed me and I thanked him. This however was apparently incredibly unprofessional according to both Clearabee and Ami and showed I was unready for such a position, she instead suggested that I should have ignored him and stumbled around an unfamiliar office searching for the seating area.

I told her how ridiculous this all sounded, Phil vanishing without a trace, me not being allowed the HR position even though I'd been offered the position, ignoring my calls and emails and saying she hadn't received them, me not getting a position for asking where the seating area was etc. She didn't care and told me that they weren't going to continue level 2 apprenticeships (I still don't know if she was telling the truth or not) so it didn't matter anyway and that I could either do a level 3 or basically go away. I told her that I was unsure if I wanted to commit to an 18-24 month apprenticeship so I'd have to think about it because it was a much bigger commitment than a level 2 one. She told me she'd be in touch within a few days to get an answer (I'm sure you can guess how that went) and so here I am nearly five months later still waiting for Ami after she once again ignored my calls and emails, I've found a job and have finally decided to write this at it is the worst I have ever been treated by a company let alone any sort of recruitment or training provider.

I dont know what to say about thi company. They gave me one interview. Then nothing- whereas I've been getting myself loads of interviews. I believe they just want your details. They lie about jobs, I haven't heard from them in ages. I'd stay away from this company just to keep safe.

Was offered an interview to discuss Apprenticeship opportunities with this company. Completely unprofessional and blatantly rude during the interview.
