One of the Microinverters failed within 2 months of installation. Ap systems sent replacement microinverter to the wrong solar installer. It's been more than 6 months and they are giving me the "run-around" saying that until they have exhausted their efforts to locate the microinverter that was sent out they will not look into sending me the replacement microinverter. How is it my fault that AP systems sent the replacement microinverter to the wrong person. AP systems messed up big time and at the end the customer has to suffer. This makes their warranty program a big joke. Good luck trying to speak with someone because everytime I called, I had to wait for at least an hour or so in the queue before I could speak with someone.

We have a solar panel system with AP Systems inverters and Management which was installed in 2019. We have had a couple of glitches along the way, but each time, the support and warranty service has been very good. I especially wanted to recognize Sheng Chen from AP Systems Technical Support in Jiaxing, China who has always been responsive and very helpful in diagnosing what the issue is and assisting me to understand how to troubleshoot and resolve the problems. His great support makes AP Systems worthy of my 5-Star Google Review!

Oh man!! This was a big mistake. Over 1 month since I raised several sport tickets to get help with fixing two panels that aren’t functioning and it’s less than 6 months into this thing. Expensive mistake. I am going to serve them a legal notice and Infinity Solar Systems. Bad!! Sometimes when you made these decisions and then you feel cheated. Terrible feeling!

I've been trying to reach out to Apsystems for the past 3-4 months and have had no luck in getting in touch with them. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have not received a response from their customer service team. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication from this company.

I understand that companies can sometimes be busy and may not always be able to respond to every customer inquiry immediately, but the complete lack of response over several months is unacceptable. I was hoping for at least a basic acknowledgment of my inquiries and an estimated timeline for a response, but even that was not provided.

Working in the solar industry myself and using this company on several of our install really gets me worried..

I would recommend you thinking twice about using this company for you next solar project.

I have installed hundreds of these and have had a couple fail. I must have 25 systems installed with these at least. The failure rate is pretty slight. Tech support is good, but not awesome. I'm not sure why they required the other poster to go on site. I love these microinverters. They don't hang on a customer wall and make a humming noise like a traditional single inverter and they can last 25 years while other manufacturer inverters burn out in maybe 10. The best part is commissioning. You don't have to spend hours going through a manual trying to figure out what to do. Its very simple. Also, inspections are a breeze since no DC current leaves the array. Inspectors like it. Rapid shutdown is inherent with these. No extra equipment to install. I am annoyed they did away with the PLC communication and replaced with wireless. PLC was just fine. Wireless raises questions about EMFs. Really? But, the monitoring portal is far and away the best I've seen among the competition. Clear data, easy to read, beautiful layout. It makes solar fun and enjoyable. Not a mickey mouse reporting program like some of the others. Hands down these Microinverters are the best among all inverters. I can't say enough. I would give 5 stars except for the PLC thing.

Installed a few systems of these. Had a failure of one inverter diagnosed, but when company initially refused to replace I raised some heck. Their team stepped up and made the corrections needed. Nice plug and play product, but seem to be resolving some "growing pain" issues during my experience. Their effort to resolve brought my review from one star to four.

We've only had success with their products and support staff. An honorable mention would be Jonathan in technical support. He is always positive and helpful when it comes to diagnose and troubleshoot on site problems. Looking forward to the next line of micro-inverters.
