I applied for an apprenticeship with Arch in March of this year, by June the same year I had secured a job and begun my L3 Apprenticeship in Digital Business.

During the application process the recruitment team at Arch were extremely helpful, they supported me throughout my interviews, making sure I knew exactly what was going on and supplying me with the knowledge and preparation to succeed in my interviews.

I am given plenty of time to complete my coursework and support is always on hand if I am ever in need of it, through my Apprenticeship Advisor who is always happy to answer my questions.

Since the start of my apprenticeship I feel I have gained many transferable digital skills which I wouldn't have gained from university. I would recommend Arch Apprentices to anyone who is interested in a digital career.

I started my Digital Marketing apprenticeship with Arch as part of the second ever cohort back in 2012. Shortly after starting my course I was placed with a great start-up digital agency and started working with a real-life working digital environment, developing my skills and starting my very own digital marketing career.

Fast forward to 2015, upon completing my one-year apprenticeship course I was taken on as a full time digital marketing executive and continue to develop within a very rewarding role - this is above and beyond what I originally thought would come after the course and I couldn't be more thrilled!

I was able to start my career in an fast-paced, data-driven and fun environment that I love all thanks to Arch Apprentices and the tremendous support they gave me throughout my course.

I highly recommend the apprenticeship with Arch to anyone who is looking to start a digital career. The course is very well delivered and you are given the opportunities to work and become a part of some outstanding companies.

Arch failed me, their communication was terrible, had 5 mentors over 18 months and I didn't hear anything from the first one for about 3 months. 1 day a week off the job training was just as bad, barely any learning materials just some slides from a PowerPoint. To top it off in order to pass the apprenticeship I had to take a data science exam which was the level above my apprenticeship (data analyst). we had one week of training for this exam and was expected to pass it after one week of crammed learning where every day my brain was hurting from how much we were learning. I failed the exam which meant I failed the apprenticeship. The company I worked for felt that Arch were appauling in all areas and i was told they would never use this company again. Please stay away!!!

Not having a good experience with Arch. Very hard to speak to anyone about anything. They are your best friend when you seem like a good candidate, but as soon as you get a job, you are just another number in their meat grinding cheap labour machine. They do not stand by their apprentices, and they overload their learning development coaches. They also take on learning coaches, who often do not have expertise in the area of work the apprentice is developing. You talk to your learning development coach about your role and they look lost. I have had 2, so this is no coincidence. This is no fault of the coach, this is a true reflection of Arch. Just get a junior role in a company and develope. Everything with Arch takes 10 times as long as it should, and when you speak to Arch about any problem you have with an employer, they will support the employer rather than help you. Most employers abuse apprenticeships, and view it as cheap labour. They often forget you are there to learn, and pile on pressure as if they are paying a premium for your time. Avoid!!!

Great company that helps young people learn whilst earning. I was indecisive about going to university last September but Arch set me up for an interview in Bank Of America to study Digital Marketing and I was helped and encouraged every step of the way- what a great first job! My adviser has been very supportive and the whole experience has made me realise what a great choice it was to take the job and not go to university(which would have ended in £50k debt). Arch offer a level 4 in digital marketing which is a next step for apprentices in my place, this is a great progression as it also enables the learner to get a Google Squared qualification along the way. However, an apprenticeship degree has become available and I will be studying for a BSc whilst continuing full time work come September. All this thanks has only been possible because of Arch who really helped me get my foot in the door!

Terrible service, was invited for an interview and received some test materials to complete in advance. Was told a day before that there was an additional question to be completed and an hour later told my interview was cancelled as the hiring manager had decided to choose another candidate. For an apprentice training provider, there seems to be a clear lack of HR procedures and policies. Treating potential candidates as pieces of paper is not a good long term strategy. I would avoid working and getting an apprenticeship with an organisation like Arch Apprentices who does not value any potential employees or apprentices

Thank you for the reply and feedback Arch Apprentice but it does not provide compensation for the awful experience I have had in the recruitment process. Extremely poor for an accredited training provider.

I enrolled on a digital marketing apprenticeship which started with Arch in Manchester last August. The apprenticeship has been a fundamental contribution into learning the basics of the role I'm currently in. The personal tutor I have been assigned with, Enda, has been more than happy to help with any queries, and has taken a firm, but fair learning stance which has really helped my progression on the course. Would highly recommend.

I've recently just dropped out of being an arch apprentice on there L4 network engineer course. I signed up with Arch March 2017 but didn't have any contact until May 2017. I then had to travel to Manchester to their Office for an Induction, which was a waste of time in my opinion. They were just talking about how great Arch was and boasting about their ofsted report, which i don't think they deserve. After May i didn't have any contact with anyone until the beginning of August, they communicated with me through email explaining my LCD coach was taking time off for medical reasons. near to the end i receive an email from arch with a new LCD coach, we then spoke on the phone and near to the end of the call he told me he was leaving after that day. So again i am without a LCD coach. the months go by with no contact from then. around November i get another LCD coach who doesn't seem to know what he was doing, he promised me documents and access to u certify and this wasn't given until December, which meant i was very far behind at this point. He then leaves and i have no LCD coach. up until around March 2018, she sort of knew what she was doing (kind of) i then started to do all the work required but couldn't finished on the date they promised because of this. They pushed my end date further away which obviously isn't accept. My lcd coach was very rude towards me in most meetings i had with her, she blamed my progress in the course on me, not on Arch or herself. any complaints i had, she didn't inform anyone of them.

my Honest opinion do not go with Arch because on paper they may look good but they have definitely been a waste of my time.
