Blanca and the crew at AP Auto are excellent! I called 4 or 5 other shops who all had 2-3 month waits to even look at my car. I needed my drivers side door replaced and the pillar repaired. I called AP and Blanca had me come in the same day for an estimate. She was prompt on sending the estimate to the other driver’s insurance and within 3 days I dropped my car off for repair. It took six days to get the repairs done and I believe several of those days were just waiting for the new door to ship.

Blanca was incredibly communicative, and the crew in the shop did impeccable work! It looks as though my car was never hit.

Will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My 2003 Dodge Ram was rear ended while parked in front of my house. The damage wasn’t that bad, driver’s side rear quarter panel, tailgate and bumper. State Farm totaled my truck due to the age and because of the “total” label, Caliber and Gerber would not touch it. Thank goodness I found AP Automotive! Unlike all the other shops around, AP did the estimate on the spot instead of an appointment months away. The estimate was very competitive and slightly below the other shops. AP ordered the parts that day and one week later the shop was in the shop. The other shops were several months behind on repairs. Two and a half weeks later the truck was finished and I could not be happier! My Ram looks like I just drove it off the show room floor.

The folks at AP are polite, super nice people. They called me halfway through the process to inform me That they found the inner fender well needed replaced. They sent photos to support their concern and fully explained the issue.

AP Automotive does great work and provide great service. Joey and Blanca was super helpful and the estimate for bumper replacement was fair as well as they were able to complete the repairs accurately and within the same day.

Joey at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient with you in your time of need. He takes his time to explain everything to you and answer all of your questions. It is clear he cares and genuinely just wants to help any way that he can. He speaks so highly of his team any chance he gets, and from experience they are kind, open for communication, and do great work as well. Would 100% recommend this place!!!

Great service and well priced! The staff were super friendly, very accommodating, and speedy with getting the work done on my car. They did everything they could to get my car ready in time for when I needed. Also, upon discovering extra hidden/unknown working they were quick to ordering the part in and getting it done within the original time frame. They went above and beyond. Definitely bringing my car back here in the future!

When I was working outside they went out of there way to make sure we had plenty of room to work. They were fun and outgoing and very pleasant. They even let me use there restroom eventho they didn't have to let me.

I had a great experience at AP Automotive! Somebody hit the back passenger side door of my truck, and I shopped around a couple places to get a touch up and a new door. I was a little unsure about AP automotive's $25 fee for an estimate, but they sourced a used door for me and their total estimate came in at about half of what the other shops were saying. They really worked hard to save me money, and I really appreciate it! The new door looks good as new and I definitely recommend AP Auto to anybody.
