Andres is the best. He is so nice, honest and knowledgeable. I've purchased all my computer, antivirus and IPad needs from him.
If he doesn't have what you need he will get it for you and his prices are amazing.

I like the owner and repair man Andy Perez. However, my interactions weren't satisfactory for me.
In March 2020, I paid $171 for a new hard drive and file transfers on the laptop. In February 2022, I had to visit Andy because of the problems with his new hard drive. Finally, in October 2023, this hard drive crashed. Andy charged me another $140 to replace his failed hard drive.
I don't think that it's reasonable to charge twice for a failed hard drive (my total became around $310).

andy is a king. my 4.5 year old macbook completely stopped working. it didnt even turn on. i needed it for school this semester but i graduate in 2 years so i didnt want to buy a whole new computer. apple said they would fix it for $530, AP computers said it would be $420, so i pushed my skepticism aside and i said.... DEAL!!!! within a week my computer was fixed and running perfectly. thank you so much andy!!

It was the worst possible scenario. My main computer finally bit the
dust and refused to boot. Fortunately I had a backup system. Unfortunately, my backup machine had died on the shelf. It too failed to boot.

To add icing to the cake, my machines were Linux boxes running in console mode with a talking screen reader program called Speakup.
Based on past experience, I expected a hard slog to find a computer
repair shop that knew anything about Linux, let alone setting up a
Linux system that would come up talking with a screen reader.

I was delighted to find A. P. Computer Solutions in East Haven, CT.
They are very computer savvy, they repaired both machines in days, in one case replacing the chassis and motherboard but keeping the hard disk. In the other case they replaced the hard disk and installed a talking Linux system.

They were fast and their prices are very reasonable. I give them an O for outstanding.

I’ve called twice and the first time they said they would message me and tell me if they could send a guy over two days later. He asked me about my computer and what was wrong with it and he said ‘Yeah yeah I know what’s wrong, I know exactly what’s wrong with it.’ And proceeds to tell me that I will get a message. The second time I called I get automatically sent to voice message…

Young person would rather talk on the phone than to concentrate on his task. I thought i bring my laptop to a local place to support my Latino brothers but Certainly didn't work out. Very disappointed.
